1. INTRODUCTION
These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) govern the use of the services provided by ASEO ASEO, a brand owned and operated by GRUPO KRZI S.A.S., a legally registered company in Medellín, Colombia, identified with NIT 901.630.761-8 (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”). The services are offered through our website www.aseoaseo.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”).
By accessing or using our Platform and services, you (the “Client” or “User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should refrain from using our services.
2. SERVICES PROVIDED
ASEO ASEO offers professional cleaning services for residential and commercial properties in Medellín, Colombia. The services include:
- Standard Cleaning: General cleaning tasks based on our 55-point checklist.
- Deep Cleaning: More comprehensive cleaning tasks based on our 65-point checklist.
- Clothes Ironing: Available only upon request. The Client assumes all risks and responsibilities related to this service.
2.1 Exclusions
The following services are not provided by ASEO ASEO under any circumstances:
- Childcare or elderly care
- Care for the sick
- Basic accompaniment and assistance services
- Cooking, cafeteria, or kitchen services
- Any other task unrelated to professional cleaning
Our cleaning staff is strictly prohibited from performing duties beyond those included in the cleaning checklists.
2.2 Safety Limitations
For security reasons, our cleaning professionals are only allowed to climb a maximum of two (2) steps. They are not permitted to use ladders or perform tasks that require climbing higher than two steps.
3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
By booking a service with ASEO ASEO, the Client agrees to:
- Provide a safe and accessible work environment for our cleaning professionals.
- Secure all valuables and fragile items before the scheduled service.
- Ensure that pets are properly managed to prevent interference with the cleaning process.
- Provide access to necessary utilities such as water and electricity.
- Clearly communicate any specific cleaning requests in advance through the booking portal.
ASEO ASEO is not responsible for damage caused due to pre-existing conditions, wear and tear, or the Client’s failure to secure valuables and fragile items.
4. BOOKINGS, PAYMENTS, AND CANCELLATIONS
4.1 Booking and Scheduling
Bookings can be made exclusively through:

- Our customer service phone number listed on the main page.
All bookings must be confirmed through our Platform before a cleaning professional is dispatched.
4.2 Payment Methods
Clients must pay in advance for all services using one of the following payment methods:
- PSE (Pagos Seguros en Línea)
- Credit Card
- Bancolombia Transfers (using the details below):

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service will be eligible for a full refund.
- No-shows or failure to provide access to the cleaning location will result in a 100% charge of the booked service.
5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
5.1 Service Risks
While we strive to provide high-quality cleaning services, the Client acknowledges that ASEO ASEO is not liable for:
- Damage due to pre-existing conditions, structural defects, or poor maintenance of the property.
- Accidents involving unsecured valuables or fragile items.
- Any injuries that occur outside the scope of our professional cleaning duties.
- Effects of cleaning products provided by the Client.
5.2 Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ASEO ASEO, GRUPO KRZI S.A.S., its employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from the misuse of services or failure to comply with these Terms.
6. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ASEO ASEO reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be published on www.aseoaseo.com and will become effective upon publication. Continued use of our services after any modifications constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
7. PRIVACY POLICY
ASEO ASEO is committed to protecting your privacy. We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed at www.aseoaseo.com/privacy-policy.
8. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Colombia. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Medellín, Colombia.
