Many of our customers have specific questions about our professional maid services. Here are just a few of the frequently asked questions we hear at Cleaning Company.
Do I need to provide any cleaning supplies?
No, we bring all the cleaning products and tools we need to do the job right. You only need to provide three basic items:
- A mop and bucket
- A broom
- A vacuum (if needed for carpeted areas)
If you don’t have these, just let us know—we can add them for an extra fee.
What’s included in the cleaning?
We offer two types of cleaning:
- General Clean includes a 55-point checklist for routine upkeep
- Deep Clean includes a 65-point checklist and tackles areas with built-up grime or that haven’t been cleaned in a while
We cover kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and more. A few common tasks include:
- Dusting and surface wipe-down
- Floor mopping and vacuuming
- Bathroom and kitchen sanitizing
- Trash removal

What if my apartment is bigger than 3 bedrooms or 3 bathrooms?
Our base pricing covers apartments or homes with up to 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
If your place is larger, please select the “Large Apartment/Home Extra” add-on at checkout so we can schedule enough time and staff for your space.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
Not at all. Many of our clients aren’t home during the clean. As long as we have access to enter (a doorman, lockbox, or someone to let us in), we’ll take care of the rest. Your trust and peace of mind are our priority.
Are your cleaners background-checked?
Yes. Every AseoAseo cleaner goes through a careful screening and background check process. We only work with professionals who meet our standards for reliability, professionalism, and friendliness.
How do I pay?
You can pay securely online using credit or debit cards. For manual appointments, we also accept prepayment via Bancolombia transferencia. To arrange a manual booking, contact us on WhatsApp at +57 311 611 5788. All payments must be completed in advance to confirm your appointment.
Can I reschedule a cleaning?
Of course. Just give us at least 24 hours’ notice and we’ll help you reschedule at no extra cost. Last-minute changes may incur a fee, as our cleaners are already booked for your time slot.
